This Saturday, Oddwalk was scheduled to do a presentation for 6-8th graders at St. Mary Catholic Church in Mt. Vernon, IL. The plans were going along just fine until the girls basketball team of St. Mary's Grade School turned into the Harlem Globetrotters. Their winning ways have placed them in the State Championship...on Saturday. Their appearance in this game marks the first time the girls basketball team has ever made it to the State Championship game.After a lot of back and forth, trying to adjust start time of our show that evening, the decision was ultimately made to postpone the event. While Oddwalk is disappointed that we'll have to wait to bring our two-man circus to Mt. Vernon, we couldn't be happier for the girls. Congratulations!
