This past Sunday, Oddwalk had the pleasure of serving as the House Band for the annual Jefferson City Diocesan Youth Rally at the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Jefferson City. The event was an enormous success as it was attended by over 600 youth and adults from around the diocese. A theme of "Follow Me" helped bring focus to the day, and Oddwalk used a song called "Fish with Me" to keep the teens centered on that theme.
The rally was highlighted by a keynote address and breakout session by Andrew Hoyt. Andrew comes from South Bend, Indiana and is part of an annual vocation-based retreat/conference called NDVision. Andrew did an excellent job as he urged those assembled to "encourage the storm!", bringing their secular and spiritual lives into one.
